1. About these terms
These terms apply when you book cleaning services with U Plus Cleaning (优家清洁), NZBN 9429051220679. If anything is unclear, contact us at [email protected] before booking.
2. Quotes and estimates
Prices shown by our online quote tool are estimates to help you plan. They are not a fixed or binding quote. We confirm the final price with you before or at the start of the job, based on the actual size and condition of the space.
3. Prices and GST
All prices shown on this website include GST. The online booking deposit is a fixed amount of $50 (including GST). The remaining balance is payable after the clean, as agreed with you.
4. Bookings and deposits
A deposit secures your booking. If you need to change or cancel, please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the time to someone else. We will let you know at the time of booking how deposits are handled for changes and cancellations.
5. Access and safety
Please make sure our team can safely access the property at the agreed time, and let us know about anything on site we should be aware of. If we cannot access the property as arranged, additional charges may apply.
6. Our service
We carry out our services with reasonable care and skill and follow our quality checklist. If you are not happy with any part of a clean, tell us promptly and we will work with you to put it right.
7. Your Consumer Guarantees Act rights
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply to you as a consumer. Those rights sit alongside these terms.
