• Bookings and deposits: if you pay a booking deposit online, payment is handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Basic website data: our host may keep standard server logs. We do not add advertising or tracking pixels.

3. Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, arrange and carry out cleaning, take a booking deposit, and keep in touch about your job. We only collect what we need for these purposes.

We do not sell your information. We may share it with service providers who help us run the business, such as our payment provider (for deposits) and our email or form provider (to receive your enquiry). They only receive what is needed to provide their service.
